The company simply fills out the online recruitment request form, including job descriptions, candidate profiles, and required workforce numbers. AVT Group will review the request and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Submit Your Recruitment Request
Based on the company’s requirements, AVT searches for suitable candidates and regularly submits candidate profiles (every 1–2 weeks).
Candidate Selection & Profile Submission
AVT handles the necessary approval procedures with the relevant authorities to obtain permission for recruiting workers on behalf of the company.
Work Permit Approval Process
The company reviews the submitted profiles, confirms selected candidates, and proceeds with the related employment documentation.
Company Review & Candidate Confirmation
AVT Group supports candidates in completing the full visa application process. At the same time, candidates continue language training and workplace culture orientation to prepare for integration into the new working environment.
Visa Application Preparation
Once the visa is issued, AVT coordinates with the company to arrange suitable travel schedules. AVT also supports airport pickup and assists candidates with procedures such as residence registration, bank account opening, insurance registration, SIM card purchase, and other necessary onboarding steps.
Visa Issuance & Departure
This process continues until the company receives the required number of workers.
